The Vermont Work Incentive Initiative consists of multiple program components: benefits counseling, peer counseling supports, a Medicaid buy-in program and SSI waiver to protect consumers from CDRs and asset limits, and consultation services to Community Rehabilitation and Treatment (CRT) units of community mental health centers (CMH) using Individual Placement Service (IPS) model.
