What is NCHSD?
The National Consortium for Health Systems Development (NCHSD) facilitates state-to-state information sharing among states that are developing comprehensive health and social support systems for people with disabilities who wish to work. NCHSD core staff has demonstrated experience working with a broad array of stakeholders in the design and implementation of innovative health and workforce policy.
NCHSD represents a partnership of states working together to increase policy awareness, share best practices, and break through barriers and challenges faced by state agencies, legislators, consumers and advocates attempting meaninful and sustainable health systems change.
